Method of Shipment: Most orders ship via UPS ground, Express Delivery is available upon request. Most Animations and some Special Orders are shipped via frieght truck. Express delivery is available. Your credit card will be billed for the shipping cost after your item/s have shipped. Shipping Costs: Shipping rates vary depending upon weight of items. Animations require additional shipping and crate costs. All returns must be received in our office no later than October 1 Any order delivered to a customer on or after October 1, is a final sale and is not returnable. Any order placed on or after October 1 is a final sale and is not returnable. Our regular return policy applies to returns that are received in our office no later than October 1st and orders placed after November 15. Please note that all returns must be sent via a traceable method. If you mail your return, it must have delivery confirmation on it. It is your (the customer?s) responsibility to insure the returned item(s) in the event of loss or damage. Orders returned via mail without a delivery confirmation are considered unauthorized returns, and halloween universe will not be responsible for refunding these returned items if there is no way to confirm receipt to us. Return Information: Orders can be returned within 3 days (except between October 1st-November 15th) if the item is returned unused, in like-new condition, and with all the original packaging. All mailed returns must have delivery confirmation to confirm that your return has been delivered to us. You are responsible for insuring your return. Any orders returned with out any means of tracking or delivery confirmation will be considered an unauthorized return and we are not responsible for refunding the order if we cannot verify receipt of the return. If we receive your authorized return and it is determined that it is missing some of the accessories, part of the costume, or the original packaging, you will only get a partial credit. Please double-check that you have included all of the costume and packaging prior to mailing your return to us. NON REFUNDABLE/RETURNABLE items include All Costumes, props, masks(including all prosthetics), wigs, hats, make-up, hair spray, books, videos, animatronics, special order items and sale items. There is a 20% restocking fee on all items. Shipping charges are at customers expense. All returns must be in original condition. All returns must be pre-authorized. A Return Merchandise Authorization must be given prior to returning merchandise and can be given via email or phone. All claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods. If someone opens a costume or prop we cannot resale it. We will give store credit only. If it is a wrong size costume sent we will exchange for a different size only. Order Cancellation There is a 20 percent cancellation fee if the order is cancelled after the order is packed and ready to ship. This is only during our hectic months September and October. Typically items ship in 24 to 48 hours during the season. Claims: The carrier is liable for damage or loss in transit. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier who handled the movement of your shipment. Refused orders returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Prices: We make no guarantees against price increases or availability of merchandise. However, we try to maintain a stable price structure and a current inventory. From time to time manufactures make changes or alterations to products without notifying us, Halloween Universe is not responsible for such changes.
