The premise
Susan Price is a savvy realtor and certified exorcist who’s spent years flipping haunted houses across the country. From bleeding walls to glowing eyes, every listing is to die for! But as Susan hunts for her own forever home, the ghosts she’s evicted return for revenge. Will Susan settle with these vengeful spirits…or could she lose her life along with her down payment?

Susan Price has built a career out of the impossible: she flips haunted houses for a living, combining sharp real-estate instincts with a talent for exorcism. Business has always been brisk — until the spirits she's banished over the years start showing up with a score to settle. Now Susan's search for her own dream home becomes a nightmare, as the line between hunter and hunted blurs in spectacularly chaotic fashion. Part haunted-house horror, part darkly comic revenge tale, this one plays by its own rules.
