We made a Halloween Spellbook with a MOVING EYE!

Wicked Makers' Jay and Jaimie build a Hocus Pocus–inspired spellbook prop featuring a living, moving eye — achieved by placing a smartphone behind a glass cabochon lens set into the book cover. The book's aged leather look is created using a simple tissue paper and Mod Podge decoupage technique, while optional air dry clay sculpts a realistic eyelid surround. The finished piece works as a standalone Halloween display or as a showstopping prop for a witch costume.
